Finca San Rafael de las Hortensias lies in the Cerro Alux reserve, with meadows around the house and forest above it. The morning starts with the birds, then moves on to the workshop: barriletes are the kites Guatemala flies on All Saints’ Day, and everyone makes their own. An easy pace, suited to coming as a family.
